I was in Fort Wayne doing research. I found a series of books on Shelby County, Ohio that are transcriptions of birth records from 1867 - 1908. in Volume 1 of this series, I found a listing for Ferdinand and Bernadina's children: son Francis born 03 Jan 1873 and daughter Catharine born 24 Feb 1875.
